    My letter to Jack Thompson
I was doing some reading and ran across a few articles on this guy and I thought I would take the time to E-mail him and let him know what I think. I hope he responds.

    Here it is...Enjoy!!!!

    "Dear sir,
I am writing you today in regards to your standpoint on violence in video games. I believe that there are sever misunderstanding in your view on the subject matter. I for one, believe that the problems with the nations youth stands not within the games and movies that are being released today but with the lack of decent parenting and proper moral education being offered by todays parents. As I understand it one of your platform is the "Hot Coffee Mod" found in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. RockStar is to blame for the fact that they tried to lie to cover up the fact that the scene was originally in the game but, as I'm sure many have pointed out, the game did have an 'M' rating and clearly stated that it contained sexual content. In the case of the grandmother who discovered her grandson playing that particular minigame the question arises, "Why did she buy the game for her 14 year old grandson in the first place? The game clearly is rated 17+". If she had taken the time to even glance at the game box she would have noticed the rating and probably would have thought against buying it for such a young child. I am a firm believer in the rating system, If I were to have children I would want to know what content would be in their movies, games, etc etc, But, that would involve ME being a parent to MY child and taking a few seconds to check the games content. The problem is in the fact that most parents blindly get the game for the child and make no attempt to do any research on what the game is about or what it contains. I also believe that retail stores that sell games should inform the parents on the game matter and refuse service to the lone children attempting to buy the game/movie. I, myself have been an avid gamer ever since my parents game me my first Nintendo for Christmas and I still to this day play many, many video games. I'm twenty-two, hold down a full time job, pay my taxes and am believed to be a good hearted person even though I play the so called "Murder Simulators" you so blatantly hate. I believe that anyone who would act out a scene in a game or movie is already mentaly unbalanced and would have commited such an act whether they saw it in a game or otherwise. The blame once again comes down to the parents to recognize that their child has issues and take corrective action to prevent such occurences. Video games and movies cannot be blamed for the violent issues with todays society anyone that has access to a public library can find many, many documents on horrible attrocities that have been commited through out history, many of which, I might add, were done before there were video games and movies. On the point of the nudity contained within "The Sims". The mod for the Sims was created by an individual or group that had no affiliation with EA games in any way. The very nature of a mod is to corrupt or change the original coding within a program. EA was and is not accountable for the actions of others. I guess all I'm asking is for you to stop this pointless crusade against video games and their developers. Perhapse thirty years ago your point would have been relevant but at todays current standing violence and sex sell. If you want to continue your fight I suggest you take it to all types of media. Books, Television, Games, Music and everything else inbetween because lets be honest, I can just as easily turn on my TV and find sex and violence on public channels. The burden of parenting falls not onto the Television and Media but onto the parents themselves. If you want to make a difference fight to have parents more involved in their childrens lives. We as a society need to learn not to point the finger at a scapegoat like games or movies. We need to realize that it is in our own scope as parents and human beings to shape the future generations. Give a child the love and attention he or she needs and no amount of violent games or movies can affect them in a way that would cause them to act out in such brutal ways. I appreciate you taking the time to read this and listening to what I had to say. I hope that you will respond and comment on my beliefs.

    -Truly yours

    Brandon Miles"

    Urza
You scored 50% Honor, 61% Evil, 67% Powers, and 74% Leadership!
You are Urza, Planeswalker! You're nigh immortal, a super-genius, can travel across the planes and have a high affinity with all the colors of Magic. It's good to be a Planeswalker! You're dangerously obsessed with destroying the Phyrexians, so you're a bit nutty, but on the positive side you're a good guy and one of the most powerful beings in existence.

Nostalgic renditions of a long dead world.
For some odd reason I started thinking of all my old friends and such from school. There were all these people whom I believed were true friends, the kind that never fade out of your life and you can always count on. Man, what a delusional fool I was! Out of the 12 people that I could think of off the top of my head, I have contact with three of them regularly and I see two of them ever so often. I often wonder what has become of Chetzuki or Snowman, I never hear from them anymore, and as for Eternalpheonix, well...he might be dead. I know where a few of my friends are and we just havent been able to hang out because of work/travel/inconveniance to one or more party. Hmmmm the only real friend I see often is Nathan. I guess I never have really told Nate how important to me he is...he's like family, a brother. I mean, you dont know someone for damn near 13 years and them not be important. Now how do I express all this without being exceedingly homosexual? Hmmmm.

Once again the Shit Circus rolls into town.
Ok, So once again I'm looking for a job. Fucking Mervyn's iced me for too many points (their attendance policy involves a point system. 1 point for being late, 1.5 for leaving sick and 2 for calling in.) I had a few points from being sick, nothing major, then my car breaks down. So here I am trying to rearrange everyone's lives so that I can find a way to work. Now, I admit to being late, I'm not gonna lie..but I will say this when I was late, it was one or two minutes late. I even went to my manager and explained that my car went to shit and you know what she told me? "Oh, thats too bad, dont be late or we'll fire you." I wanted to take her head off right there. Of course they dont understand what an extinuating circumstance is, especially since all the managment drives brand new cars. (on a related note, I hope all their cars get stolen) Well, now I find out that my car is gonna cost either $400.00 to fix or $600.00 to fix and guess what dear readers, I DONT HAVE THAT KINDA MONEY!!!!! I'm very much on the verge of commiting Seppuku and being done with it. *sigh* Anyone know where I can get a Wakazashi for cheap?

    Sad..yet true
How To Shower Like a Man:

Take off clothes while sitting on the edge of the bed and leave them in a pile.
    Walk naked to the bathroom.
If you see wife along the way, shake wiener at her making the 'woo-woo' sound.
Look at your manly physique in the mirror.
Admire the size of your wiener and scratch your ass.
Get in the shower. Wash your face. Wash your armpits.
Blow your nose in your hands and let the water rinse them off.
Fart and laugh at how loud it sounds in the shower.
Spend majority of time washing privates and surrounding area.
Wash your butt, leaving those coarse butt hairs stuck on the soap.
Wash your hair. Make a Shampoo Mohawk. Pee.
Rinse off and get out of shower.
    Partially dry off.
Fail to notice water on floor because curtain was hanging out of tub the whole time.
Admire wiener size in mirror again.
Leave shower curtain open, wet mat on floor, light and fan on.
Return to bedroom with towel around waist.
If you pass wife, pull off towel, shake wiener at her and make the 'woo-woo' sound again.
    Throw wet towel on bed.
If there is anyone among you who did not laugh at the truth behind
this, there is something so very wrong with you
